Credential Verification
Clinerva verifies your NMC registration and supporting credentials. This process ensures patient safety and maintains the integrity of the Clinerva physician network.
Begin Consulting
Once verified, set your availability and start accepting telemedicine consultations. Issue digital prescriptions through the Clinerva platform with full compliance support built in.
Digital Prescription Management
Issue prescriptions directly from the consultation interface. Each prescription is digitally signed, timestamped, and assigned a unique QR verification code — eliminating paperwork and reducing the risk of prescription fraud.
Secure Consultations
Conduct video and audio consultations over an encrypted connection. Patient data shared during consultations is handled in accordance with DPDP Act 2023 requirements.
Flexible Scheduling
Define your own availability windows. Clinerva's scheduling system ensures consultations are booked only within your stated hours, giving you full control over your clinical workload.
Patient History Access
View a patient's prior Clinerva consultations and prescriptions before and during a consultation, enabling continuity of care and informed clinical decision-making.
Compliance Framework
The platform is designed around the NMC Telemedicine Practice Guidelines 2020. Workflow prompts help ensure each consultation and prescription meets regulatory requirements.
Secure Identity
Your Clinerva profile is tied to your verified NMC registration. Prescriptions issued on the platform carry your verified practitioner identity, supporting accountability and patient trust.
Practising telemedicine on Clinerva
Clinerva operates within the framework established by the NMC Telemedicine Practice Guidelines 2020, which govern the practice of telemedicine by registered medical practitioners in India. Doctors using the platform are individually responsible for exercising their professional judgment in each consultation and for prescribing in accordance with applicable clinical and regulatory standards.
The platform supports compliance by structuring consultation workflows, maintaining audit-ready records, and issuing prescriptions only through verified practitioners. Clinerva does not direct clinical decision-making — all diagnoses, treatment decisions, and prescriptions remain entirely within the professional discretion of the treating physician.
Patient data is managed under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act 2023. Clinerva maintains appropriate technical and organisational safeguards for all personal and health data processed on the platform.
